Social and Emotional Wellness
At Evergreen Woods, it’s easy to “belong” and reap the benefits of an active social life. Evergreen Woods is a congenial community of interesting people and welcoming neighbors who look out for each other. There are more than 25 lively resident committees, as well as a full-time Program Director to coordinate programs that bring new friends together and inspire well-being.

Physical Wellness
Having an abundance of good food, fresh air, an active lifestyle, easy access to care, fitness classes and freedom from stress can have a remarkable effect on overall health and wellness. In addition, Evergreen Woods invests in proactive wellness — taking charge of our health to maximize independence and beat the aging curve.

Intellectual Wellness
Maintain your intellectual health with Lifelong Learning and stimulating new experiences through Evergreen Academy’s trips, guest lectures, and collegiate classes. Many groups and committees are also focused on intellectual pursuits and developing your talents, from art classes to woodworking.
