  • The basic monthly fee includes:

    • Use of all community amenities including indoor pool and outdoor acreage
    • One meal a day plus continental breakfast
    • Utilities except phone & Internet
    • Weekly housekeeping & linen service
    • Scheduled transportation
    • Programs and social events
    • Security/concierge services
    • Rehabilitative or long-term skilled nursing care whenever needed
  • Monthly fees are based on the apartment size and style you choose and there are a variety of options. There are no surprise fees, condo fees or mandatory add-ons. Ancillary offerings, if any, may be taken advantage of solely at the resident’s discretion.

  • Residents of Evergreen Woods can choose a financial plan that best suits their budget and lifestyle, and protects their estate.

    Each plan includes a combination of Entrance Fee, and an all-inclusive Monthly Service Fee. There is also a one-time Community Fee of $2500 – $7500 depending on your apartment size and location. The Entrance Fee is based on the refundable option selected and size/location of apartment.

    1. Traditional Plan:

    70% Refundable Entrance Fee Range: $205,000 – $505,000
    Monthly Service Fee Range: $2,900 – $4,400

    2. Tailored Entrance Fee Plan:

    Entrance Fee is 90% amortized @ 2% per month over 45 months: $138,000 – $380,000
    Monthly Service Fee Range: $2,900 – $4,400

    3. Tailored Monthly Service Fee Plan:

    Entrance Fee Range: $185,000 – $480,000
    Monthly Service Fee Range: $2,100 – $3,100
