At Evergreen Woods we believe in taking charge of health and wellness in proactive ways. To promote maximum independence and health, the Wellness Center provides many preventative services from geriatric health professionals.

Yale New Haven Geriatric Services Evergreen Woods partners with Yale New Haven Geriatric Services, Physicians Consulting.  The practice works closely with specialist physicians at the Yale-New Haven Medical Center. One of the most renowned programs in the country, the goal is to provide excellent and coordinated care to older adults.

Preventive Services: The Wellness Center is available for wellness checks and services such as:

• Podiatry services
• Phlebotomy and other laboratory services
• Psychiatric services
• Massage therapy
